Risk Assessments

We offer comprehensive risk assessments on a one-off or regular basis, covering a strategic, financial, compliance, operational, and ESG risks. Engagements typically range from 2-8 weeks and include information gathering, staff interviews, and site visits if necessary.

Our full risk assessment report typically includes:

• Company overview, strategic context, business objectives, and risk appetite

• Key risks and controls identified against objectives

• Assessment of risk materiality and likelihood

• Recommendations on risk treatment options

We also conduct targeted risk assessments on specific themes (e.g. ESG), or key identified risks (e.g. GDPR).

GRC Framework and Oversight
