About us
Arceus Associates is a risk management consultancy and coaching company led by Samantha Ng, Founder and Managing Director.
With nearly 20 years of experience across management consulting (McKinsey) and financial services (Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank), Sam has held leadership roles across both the first line (Head of Fixed Income Strategy; Chief of Staff (CIB)) and second line (Head of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Portfolio Management and Transformation). She founded Arceus Associates on the belief that great risk management allows the freedom to take more risks and break barriers to innovation, and that risk management practices should be accessible to everyone, not just major corporates.
On this philosophy, Arceus works with non-profits, start-ups and SMEs to enhance their risk management and risk taking practices. Our expert-led consulting engagements range from comprehensive risk assessments (incl. risk culture) and control improvement recommendations to specialised ESG and AI risk management advisory.
Leveraging the psychology of risk taking, Arceus also offers executive coaching services through its coaching arm, helping individuals challenge their mindsets and take measured career risks to bring them closer to self-actualisation.
